Working in a kitchen is an athletic job. As a private chef and culinary creator, I’m on my feet, moving fast, working long hours in the heat. Every instinct says: leggings, t-shirt, sweats. But I have to look like a professional.

And the “professional” options sucked. Chef jackets that bunched, pulled, or made me feel like I was wearing a straitjacket mid-service. Aprons that hurt my neck, my back, and my general will to live. I felt like an afterthought every time I wore a uniform.

So I said screw this, and created Twin Birds. It’s kitchenware that feels good, looks cool, and works.
